  • Reduced close cycle from 3 days to 1 day by partnering with outside audit firm to develop SOX compliant risk assessment and mitigation process for inventory management.

  • Realized $6.5 million cost saving eliminating regional distribution center model and adding distributed inventory model.

  • Redesigned RMA process which eliminated 10 week backlog in distribution center.

  • Implemented direct ship to customers reducing order throughput time by 3 days, reduced supply chain risk, improved customer response, and reduced inventory carrying charge.

  • Improved customer scorecard rating by 10% by developing program allowing customers to reduce inventory.

  • Analyzed and implemented incoming freight process to reduce errors to less than 1% .

  • Trained logistics providers on bar code usage to reduce warehouse errors to less than 1%.

  • Develop, coach, mentor, high performance teams to develop electronic receipt, reporting system, reducing reconciliation time by 50%

  • Saved $2 million and improved cash flow by driving price error reduction initiative with order management and marketing.

  • Managed outsourcing of functions to shared service, including staffing and transition.

  • Automated Credit Line assignment, approval using e-commerce intranet web portal process, saving 3 days in approval and created consistent credit limit.

  • Successfully directed process improvements projects to differentiate Philips from competitors by creating customer partnership programs.

  • Developed automated revenue recognition tool to simplify “ship and debit” allowing for immediate revenue recognition of $800K and improving cash flow.
